Just can’t sit still

So the traveling continues…this time I just got back from a Christmas visit to see some family in the DC area. It was nice, but the highlight of the whole trip was an opportunity to spend time with an amazing person who I met in Tuscany. She and I got a chance to catch up, hang out and really get to know each other. She’s one of those people who you meet every once in a while, and really wish that the timing could have been different.

Tomorrow I’m headed up to Austin for New Years, then I’ll be in Denver overnight for my psych evaluation for the pole, and back to Dallas for another week of training.

• Changes are happening

  January 27, 2007 The redesign is coming along slowly, but progress is being made. I've been experimenting a lot with google maps, and integrating both geotagged photos and .gpx GPS files. Check out the "Trail Maps" categorized posts for the results...definitely still a work in progress!
